Every stage managed. No handoffs. No surprises.
From your first application to your first year on the ward, we own the process — credentials, training, visa, placement, and ongoing welfare. You are not passed to a third party at any point.
What happens at each stage
Credentials and eligibility
Targeted training and language
Matched to a vetted facility
Support after you arrive
We verify your qualifications and registration against the requirements of your target country. No guesswork — we tell you exactly what is valid and what needs supplementing.
We match your skills and experience to a specific role at a facility we have assessed — not the nearest vacancy. Wages and conditions are stated before you decide.
Training is built around the healthcare system you are entering — specific protocols, documentation standards, and the language level expected on that ward.
Our involvement does not end at the contract. We check in during your first year, address welfare concerns, and support progression reviews with your facility.

Training designed around one healthcare system
Each training programme is scoped to the country and facility you will enter — documentation standards, ward communication norms, and the language register expected in clinical handovers.
Where a language gap exists, we address it before the visa application — not on arrival. Training costs and timelines are agreed in writing before you begin.
Programmes currently cover UK NHS entry, German hospital placement, Gulf-region aged care, and Canadian long-term care — each with distinct modules, not a single generic course.
What candidates ask before applying
Who covers visa and travel costs?
How long does the full process take?
What if the placement does not work out?
Visa processing is managed by us. Cost arrangements — whether employer-covered or deducted from initial wages — are stated in writing before you accept any placement.
Most candidates move from application to placement in four to six months. Credential gaps or language training requirements can extend this — we give you a realistic timeline at assessment.
We stay involved after arrival. If a placement breaks down within the first year, we work to find an alternative — you are not left to resolve it alone in a foreign country.
